My questions is for the PS4, but PC knowledge will help immensely.

I've got Ougi 2 and Ougi 3 cards. I'm bow/mnd character, but basically I just use bows and t.sword in certain situations.

I've checked all the threads I could find regarding Water Cannon, and basically I see it's horrible. But, at the same time I'm under the impression that soon t.swords will get nerfed and bows will get buffed.

I could put both on my Cyphers to have the thunder beast and spirit blast, but that nerf/buff has me hesitant. So, in the long run, what's the best idea here?

Currently on PS4 the last dungeon is Sado Mines. The next place is not available yet, but in an update in the next week or two we'll have all the way "to the end of the Edo story arc" which may include more ougi and stuff.

Optimally I'd want Amaya's on the bow, but with PS4 having 1-3 cards available that's not gonna happen.

Current main bow is a Golden Eye with only Icicle on it that I consider great. Also has Ougi 1 on it, but I am ashamed of that.
My Cypher has Crimson Cross Cut VI, Lightning Strike and the Icicle stabby stab move.

Edit: Right now, since I have no idea of what I should do, I'll probably wait until after the update to decide.

At this exact point in time, bow has indeed been buffed. However, twin sword is unchanged.

All bow ougi suck until a bit later on. Restriction's damage gets doubled, and Amaya is OP as fuck. But before that, Bow ougi are just shit.

I advise that you wait until you've got Satan weapons, then choose a weapon type to specialize in and just use that.

Also note that another balance patch is coming to the Japanese version of the game soon, so everything here may get completely turned on its tail.

I did some Google'ing for Satan, and I'm seeing that the dungeon is Lamenting River: Headwaters.

The update coming to PS4 increases the cap to 110, and this dungeon starts at 108 so I don't know if it'll be included. Which arc is Satan part of?

Thanks for all the quick answers. Now, the only thing I'm curious about, after reading these boards, is if the Hell mode Magatama drop rate being broken is something that's been around forever, or if it was introduced in a patch.
