For the festival mask quest you have to bring the NPC stuff. Don't remember what though. I think it was a large skull and something else

I mean the other quests you have to do to unlock it. Seems like you need to do multiple other Kyoto subquests to unlock it but between several characters I haven't been able to pin down which one(s).

I'm not 100% sure of this, but I think the requirement is that you accept the "All-Nighter" quest (also in Kyoto) and the requirement for unlocking the All-Nighter quest is that you complete Momo's main quest (the centipede one).

Characters like a mail box are something I know some people get good weapons on one character that they can't used but can used on another character that they have???

Even if we get something like that it'll be kinda pointless. You can't use weps if you're not high enough level. If i were to give a spear to my second char which usues mainly bow then thats just plain stupid.

It'd be nice if we could transfer items to our own characters. I'd use my main to provide weapons since he has the highest level partners, meaning higher grade weapons and less crap. Sometimes I'll also come across one extremely rare badass weapon, but not one that the character can use. Once found a grade 70 spear with two Rank V Skills and a Rank IV Skill, but it was my sword user who found it so... no good.

Hmmm you have a point, but isnt that too much work?

Not really. I found that by chance while running the story. I find a lot of items that I'd like to give my other characters. Crafting weapons for your other characters might be a bit of a chore, but I suppose if you have a character all the way at endgame just sitting around waiting for the next content update, then this'd help pass the time.

And i saw the talk of partners..like Musashi, Siegfried, Venus etc, they are all cash?

So far, yes. Musashi and Sasuke have been temporarily attainable from the nyankoropon. We'll probably get one partner (Hiraga Gennai) from a quest.

Can't really answer how the game is doing..

..since I'd probably just write that magatama drop rates still suck.

Ahaha xD, well i will be fine to know if the commu is still decently active though. And seems like Venus and Siegfried are actually free from story, from what i read on wiki (?). There are a lot of contents in after i stopped it seems so i am kinda eager to go again.
