CS's RNG is probably trolling you a bit. The rates are kinda low, though, so I'm hoping they keep the dungeon/gacha around for a while.
The rates are:
Normal SS = 7.5%
Hard SS = 4.55%

They're meaningless, anyway. You'd need somewhere around 8 +300% drop tickets on average to actually get a clean magatama that you actually want.
