C$ went full retard.
They literally quintuppled some of wand's damage EVEN THOUGH SOME PEOPLE WERE DOING 7M PER HIT ALREADY.
All weapons got buffed.
TS dec got buffed to the point where literally nothing other than it and wand are truly viable for bossing. (FYI, their DEC has half the SF of axe's, but uh... it slashes like five times and applies the SF each time.)
Basically everything else got buffed... except the skills C$ buffed more than others happened to be all the wrong skills, on the wrong weapons.
Only "good" point is that now ougi cards 1-3 are completely useless relative to regular skills, so f2p players will have an easier time.
Spear got a RANGE buff on some of its skills.
Bows got elements added to some skills
Don't forget GUARDING with wands and staves got implemented too.

Wand master race.
Twin sword second best
Odachi still not really viable.
I am literally noping the fuck out. These dumbasses are worse at balancing than riot.
