Why is there even a "reject" buttomn for charges

It'd be good if they implemented Cosmic League's list system in which you only have to click once and it shows a list of all the offers and their oc amounts.

Good question. Maybe it's for those who don't have good attention span. Regardless, I center my mouse cursor on accept and ok. Also, there's hardly much video offerings too btw... which really SUCKS NOW! Gratz CyberJew!

JP used to have multiple servers. (Think Broa, Bera, Scania, etc on Maplestory)

OC was not account linked, but was rather, linked to a server. You could select these servers upon login, just like in many other games, so if you chose the wrong one, this option allowed you to defer receiving the OC so you could receive it on the correct server.
