I think it's freezing bullet or something like that but I can't find a decently ranked version of that on my wands (same with the lightning version). Like, I can find rank I to rank III but at that point the skill's so weak that I might as well use the basic attacks instead

On a slightly related note, I finally managed to kill the tentouki just now. Though I suppose saying "I" killed him would be rather inaccurate since Izuna was the one that actually killed him xD. All I did was sit around for 30 minutes while Izuna bashed him around with her autoattacks (which was doing more damage than what my hellfire does to the guy...)

Lol, I've started to rely heavily on Izuna lately too. My DPS is pretty trashy at the moment (since RNG hates me and won't give me the mags I want), so Izuna tends to get the kill before I can. Not that I mind. She's saving me quite a lot of durability.

On a slightly related note, I finally managed to kill the tentouki just now. Though I suppose saying "I" killed him would be rather inaccurate since Izuna was the one that actually killed him xD. All I did was sit around for 30 minutes while Izuna bashed him around with her autoattacks (which was doing more damage than what my hellfire does to the guy...)

yeah Izuna's basic attack is 100% Impact, which explains XD

So I ran into lamenting rivers thinking, "How bad can this guy even be?" and I found my answer quite quickly... REALLY REALLY bad. I threw hellfires at it and only saw it do 2-3k each, threw frost glaives at it which did slightly more but still not much, threw fuujin/raijin at it and it pretty much ignored it, dark gate was useless as well, earth glaive made me die before I could cast it and I every time I tried to throw bright homing at it it threw a laser beam at me :<

Time to go back to leveling so I can use my inti raimi :<

I was going to buy an Izuna scroll with the daily login coins I got but then I saw the nyankoropon and couldn't resist the temptation of rolling a new partner. Didn't get the partner but I got a new ougi.

Heh heh, I did warn you about Satan, he is crazy hard until you get his patterns down and can deal dmg. You want to deal poison and Holy dmg. Holy is his weakness and poison is neutral which will help you out a fair amount. You want to try it a few times until you understand all of his attack and this is def where you need to learn how to just guard. His cross laser is pretty much only blockable unless you are underneath him. For a mage, your best time to attack him is when he does his ground lazer thing but he will only really do it if you are close enough, this range being out of his kick range thankfully. Check the wiki on his weaknesses.

Satan was pre-just guard so it should be possible to get through without it (though it does help). What people used to do was build lightning element and guard/lightning spear guard the sweeping laser (and dodge everything else). Wand probably doesn't need it but it's also possible to chiami tank at close range to a certain extent. If you really want, you could practice Sataning by crafting 4 bandai magatama (for lightning element) to reduce the damage by a lot before switching to your normal mags when you're used to its attack patterns.

Wait, elements grant resistance to that element as well? I thought all elements did was raise the damage you do with that element O.o

If that's the case the case then I guess switching to the title that gave me +30 lightning element was a good idea O.O
