Number of revives

Hi guys, I noticed now I have 5 revives instead of 10. Is this normal?
Does the number of revives decrease after a certain point in the storyline? If so, will it decrease even less than 5 later on?

If anyone can clear this up for me that would be much appreciated. Thx.

It may be your level because my brother and I are on the same part of the storyline I'm level 95 and he's level 91 I have 5 revives he has 10

After you get to a certain point in the Story your revives drop back to 5 to make the game harder.
