Are ice pillar and ice fang still over used then?

They wont be in the next update, if you look at the Japanese site. The player suggestions is filled with complaints about those skills. Thats the reason repose got nerfed too. That's good though, the game is just boring when you can just spam one thing to win.

Maybe I'd do the same like the close beta: 2 bows with 2 ice arrows on each, and a GS/Axe for damage+mp recovery. Did anyone try pure power type?

Yeah. people did spam only ice pillar and still respond for almost every boss. and come with it is fast lvling and end game. How about increase the break rate of wand?
