Unable to level up any of the partners after level 27

Hello Guys,

Can anyone help me with the partners gifts I can not give gift to any of the partners except Amaterasu anymore.
It shows "cannot give" message when I try to give present.



Also I have reached to till the story is currently halted i.e. "Kyoto Skies".

Those are currently their maximum levels.

Yep, as the game currently stands, they can only go up to level 25-27. Only Amaterasu can hit the max at level 30.

I'm not sure about the Japanese server, though. It's normally ahead of the English server in terms of updates and story.
