What are the nyankoro rates anyway?

So I took about a year hiatus, and come back to find super saiyan mounts/assists/whatever. The partners looked cool so I gave it a whirl, to be precise, I rolled 61 times in the "higher win rate", and got 1 Gwain (The ONLY partner I rolled). I honestly don't think anyone is unluckier than that. Anyway, it was a terrible idea to put multiple characters in 1 nyankoro, because not only did you have to land on that color, but you had to win a 50/50 after to get who you wanted. Now there's 3 in 1 nyankoro? What is that? Who approved of that? And can someone tell me what the rates are of the "normal" nyankro vs the "higher rates" one? Because 1 in 61 sure doesn't feel too lucky.

Also something I want to share: Back when Ifrit was first released, I spent around 500-600 Oc (yes on the new nyankoropon) and I got 3 scrolls with a bunch of shitstuff (I got even more scrolls than sublime ougi cards lol).
