Hello, I've been playing 2 days now and today approximately at 2:10am I've got this message.

is there a maintenance going on?

Also I've got another question, at like level 14-17 I found an axe that takes 50% of HP but does over 3k Damage and I found it very useful to kill bosses off dungeons, but by accident I used the axe as an leveling material, does anyone know how to get the items that take HP and trade for abnormal damage? Cause as far as I found for level 23 dual swords/katana/axe is not comparable to that level 14-17 axe.

Yep that says there is a maintenance going on.

Most melee weapons have hp based skills but they,are rare, easier to get them from Gold weapon drops
