Onigiri doesn't work

When I try to open the game either it says "Game doesn't response" or it just don't launch and when I try to open it again it say "the game is already running".

Might be because of the update. Just leave it to run for a while to download in the background, then the launcher will pop up eventually.

Actually I don't think that's the case cause it happened to me before too and it happens to my friends too

If you still can't access the game, I would suggest sending in a help ticket to CS from the website.

For me, the recurring problem I've been having is errors or freezes when there are a lot of players in one location (event places mostly). It's annoying when it happens, but the game can still run after restarting client.

This issue is common. Right click it, and run it as an administrator. If you don't, it typically will list it as an inactive subprocess, thusly resulting in it not working properly.
