Everything with this thread. You weren't banned, they blocked you and I can see why, all you did was whine and complain to them. They have every right to block you, and after seeing your tweets, I'd do the same if I were in their shoes.

The difference is a ban removes you from the site by disabling your account, and Cyberstep doesn't own Twitter. They blocked you so you can't see their tweets and they don't have your complaining filling up their notifications. They don't need a reason, if they don't like you or don't like your tweets to them, they can block you.

And I don't need to explain anything. If they didn't like your complaining about their business practice on a different website owned by a different company, they're well within their rights to block you.
