First Aid Skill difference?

I have a skill First Aid I which is lvl 4 in skill and heals 58 hp...I also have First Aid III which is lvl 3 that heals 10 hp....can anybody explain me why FA1 heals greater than FA3???? or that FA1 is actually FA4???

I'm not sure but it either could be your staff dmg or another one of the numerous list of bugs/undesirable features that this game is facing.

you need more Mind the higher rank a skill is or it won't heal much.

You need at least 30 Mnd to cast rank 3 First Aid or whatever heals or buffs successfully. 40 for rank 4 and so on.

First of all, judging by the fact that you say your first aid I heals for 58, I can infer that you don't have any MND stat. With that in mind, I can tell you that the reason first aid I is healing more than first aid II is because your MND stat is too low and thus the skill is basically fizzling on you. Until you get enough MND, it will continue to fizzle on you and heal for so little that it might as well be non-existent.

tl;dr: get more MND or else the skill won't work right.
