But DAmn! i hate to say this cause i really like the game.. but wtf is this? you turn an EPIC game into a pile of shit!! seriously? wtf is that HP pots cant be used while moving? and while using it i was like a sitting duck.. yeah i got my hp up but as soon as the anim ends a f****ng monster hit me and takes half of it.. lol.. and animation on hp pots isnt needed at all.. just do a flash thing or anything that doesnt conflict with other important things... and damn leveling is like hell even in grinding.. in other games leveling becomes difficult if your level was like 40's or something but in here damn level 5 is a hell of a grind.. i played alpha before and it was awesome though i got dc'd every 15 minutes.. but it was pretty decent compare to this.. your supposed to make it better not ruin it.. anyway everyone has it own opinion.. i just cant believed and im very frustrated that it turns out like this.. :x

The HP Pot thing is pretty balanced cuz it was really OP when healing all time long while at the same time dodging the enemy effectively by running away xD

But agree on the leveling.
Altough the rates seem all fine to me.
It is just, that once you finish the beginners area, you usually are just like lv 6. And the next area (when you pass sakurajima tunnel) is allready all lv 12 mobs... its like lv 6 - 12 questing content is missing.
Also I think that all quests in general, including those mini partner conversation quests should reward more exp owo.

The experience rates are gimped imo, but the game is still relatively playable, as you can move through the story quests with relative ease.

The hardest part is... tiamat/momotarou, for whom I had to grind levels and equips before successfully killing.

After this, you had to go through the 4 elements dungeons (the part I'm at), and that seems just as easy as the stuff pre-tiamat.
Selling all of my gear for ~40% of its market value!
~4 lv. 108 to 115 weapons remaining
Some skill card 7's, ougi, orna'd maga and other stuff too!

Games like Monster Hunter, Witcher and the Souls series do have you stand still to recover health though. It's a "get good" problem you had as far as that.

TBH, I do think they should rebalance the exp a bit, I'm actually wondering if the numbers were typo'd or something while being entered, at least for the early quests and all mob kills. Normal difficulty stuff IS easy regardless, but it sucks getting 2~3 exp a mob kill when you need thousands to level up, and Levels are generally the easiest way to feel like you've progressed, though other ways to gauge progress are nice. Magatamas and Gear loot rates seem okay, which is good, sucks when you've got a +10 that can't get smelted though b/c you don't have a similarly-named unequipped weapon.

In Vindictus you stand still for extra % heal. But problem with this is also, that when you move while healing, your heal get canceled but the cooldown is still on.

And yeah... burned through 2 hours 10 soul eggs getting 1 shotted by tiamat. What's the big idea... In alpha everything was soloable for me until dungeons passed beelzebub, and horrible grinding only started at somewhere around that time.

I needed to grind a bit in JP versions while at Tiamat though, he got one more attack which cause extreme lag on my end and make me unable to move.

and u shouldn't rely too much on HP healing, u should try to dodge and take as little damage as possible. If you think u really need to heal though, run away from the mobs, move far back to a place where mobs can't reach and u can heal easily.

unless u're in boss fight, though some boss have blind spot where u can rest.

Best medicine in game is to have a support-playing friend anywho, particularly one who loves collecting new weapons :P

sadly I don't have any friends who are into healing :(

so I had to rely on dodging with a crappy internet, or eating nigiri, or the 5HP healing every 20 secs staffs :(

Healing is fine to me because I play many games like it so I know what to do but the exp... the exp... running hell dungeons where everything one hit kills me and are twice my level or higher... and getting only 4 exp... really?
