lol.. I understand, you're not really enjoying the game, you're just enjoying killing stuff.
The game has more depth to that, interesting areas, enriching story and partners that you wont be able to see at all.
Closed beta only lasts a week ya know and the game wont be back in open beta for a while. You won't be able to see all the cool towns. Kyoto, Sekigahara, Edo, hell I'll be surprised if you can even get past Beelzebub.

So why aren't you grinding now and enjoying the game? You're running out of time.

If the two of you can actually enjoy this sort of stupid grinding than that's great. Assuming it releases like this you guys can be among the small group of people that actually play the game before it dies out due to not having enough of a player base. Because I can say with 100% certainty that if the game releases like this that WILL happen as most people do NOT enjoy this kind of grind ESPECIALLY this early on.

If I were a new player trying this CBT out for the first time with no prior knowledge of the game and I was dealing with exp rates like this? I would be gone within a day. The only reason im not bailing is because im hoping this was either a mistake or something temporary and that it wont be this bad in the future. A new and potentially paying player would not be so forgiving.

The grind is pretty awful though. I thought the point of this is to find bugs rather than have people burn themselves out by grinding. There is no reason for people to hate the game before it is even released. And this is what this grind is doing to people. I had to stay away from the game so that I wouldn't hate it I could understand if they were doing released rates if say... we were keeping our characters... but 10% normal rate. And a wipe after a week? I have no desire to burn myself out on this game. Hopefully C$ doesn't ruin this game like they ruined CB. Game was perfect how it was in alpha.
