Just for future reference, how are u supposed to keep from damaging weapons in game

Not swinging randomly in the air >_> Repetitive use of a weapon will lower its durability. I don't actually think there's a way to avoid lowering its durability, though. You can avoid from completely breaking it, however, by making sure it gets repaired a lot. If you're paranoid like me, you'd repair every time it nears the half-way mark of durability >_> Or less.

I thought it only takes durability loss when you attack enemy's now (it did in the jp cb), Unless they are changing it back to the way it was before cb?!

I know closed beta made it like that, AND YES, I will swing it randomly, otherwise I will not know if it does, I will test it out, and say something if it DOES lose durability like that, if it DOESN'T I will not say anything ABOUT it.

Oh that explains it, yup I used to just swing it in the same spot when the monsters moved, and my weapons where always damaged

for me i use double sword,sword,staff for healing,and a free slot(for other weapons)
