Faction/Guild/Region system would be cool to make like wars and such.

As seen in that old trailer, pvp does exist for this game, and it's likely in the form of a point-and-click MOBA. I'm not surprised it's not out yet, the game still needs a lot of work for the pvp to be good and successful.
