thats right, told me 2 hour to get to lv 10 from lv 8 and then solo tiamat alone :cry: (45 min) (if made a party with all player's level <15, it will be hell). maybe cs want to sell exp's support to increase the rate of exp we can get, if that so it will be a big success :D anyway, i dont think i will play with this kind of exp's rate (i want to relax when play game, not farm and farm all the time) :mrgreen:

For those who say its better with low exp rates ;
With these exp rates while story moves on at some point you stay way too behind and force you to grind for levels breaking the storyline.
In jp servers you keep up with the level and still dungeons have difficulty option if you think you are too strong for them (which changes after sakurajima)
no matter exp rates are like this because they dont want people to finish everything game offers before releasing the game.Those who still have no patience cna try jp servers even if you cant read characters the system helps you to proceed.

if for some reason they keep these EXP rates ill just put up with Japanese text and play the japanese version. as nice as it would be to understand what people are saying i can live without understanding a thing

I dont mind this difficulty curve we got thrown since im finding the dungeons to easy though i havent tried anything for people over lvl 10. It also allows me to find some nice weapons

Now that i think about it the whole level thing is messed up too. Take Kishinden for example. The 'suggested' level for normal mode is 10, when in real most people do it without dying at level 5 (that is with at least somehow decent weapon). Now my character is the 'suggested' level 10, i tried kishinden normal again to find that i literally 4hit boss with a +10 weapon. I guess if in Open Beta they fix exp rates then the game will get much, much easier which is kind of shame. So, yes, right now im in confliction between having normal exp rates and game not becoming too easy.

now only if the mods or devs can come in and give us an official explanation and not disappearing without a word

The suggested level seems like the level at which the dungeon becomes ezmode.

"Normal" is supposed to be for more casual players in the first place.

Besides, early sclaing is alot more difficult to do, so I suggest trying later dungeons. They are slightly more accurate.

Hmm as a level 8 sakurajima is giving me troubles, and I have a plus 30 weapon (admitedly a bad one) so the advised level seems to be about twice what you are likely to actually be to be able to beat it. As you get over half of the advised level the difficulty evens out a bit. Maybe the advised levels are like they are to make up for parties? Only thing I can think of.

You weren't around for the x9 UC event then. I ended up getting around 1.5m UC from that alone.
