About the pre-payment campaign...

I've been wondering about the items that you receive.

I checked the exchange rates and for $200 you get 2000 of the virtual cash. Fine and dandy because it gets you all the items from the campaign. But for $200 those better be accessories that'll sing for me lol

Anyways what are the accessories and what purposes do they serve? Lastly, what do they look like and is it worth it?

I don't know what the accessories look like but as far as I know they provide you your 4/5th skill slot skills.

Actually I think that upgraded weapons gives you 4th and 5th skill not accesories

The 4th and 5th skills were bought in the cash shop from what I recall of the jp.
