I don't have duty nor interest to know what other people does thing in other country in the past.

Sad thing i realized i had to extremely narrow it down so people would figure it out since we dont globaly exeed on anything besides personal achivements, so if i dont specify extremely well you would never found it out, but you could at least google the waterfall hint or the king shutting up a president, also no, Venezuela its on the nort of Brazil and to the east of Colombia
