Where to get Purified Oil?

I recalled getting it before by converting 10 dark oils for 1 purified from this giant aburasumashi outside the Ooyama Residence for a quest.

Now I need it to create this magatama and that aburasumashi is no longer there.

It's the boss in the single-room dungeon house behind all the fire-slinging mages and cat monsters.

The drop rate is really low, expect to run the dungeon close to 50 times.

Yeah, I found out he dropped it from the monster cards, was hoping someone had it drop from another mob or something. =/

Ugh, oh well.

Note to Self: Do not give the Purified Oil that you received from the 3-Eyes Sumashi so you can make that OVER 4000 Magatama.

I just ran it on HELL at level 18 and got it on the 4th try

There are 2 ways to get the Purified Oil. One way is as a quest reward which comes from the youkai in the garden next to the boss house. The other is to try and farm it from the boss.

That is a good idea, one of my characters has that problem because it was given to the crab in kaitko (the scary depressing music village). I guess will have to go hell level for a while to get one (purified oil) again .
