i think you need to install it on your default drive,it worked for me

Same thing here too. I unistalled it from my second hard drive and installed it into my default hard drive, now it works.

Hello Guys, i am from brazil and i try install and play this game. i have a same problem, i download Installer from official site 1.5 GB, installed in default directory C:\CyberStep\Onigiri_US , open launcher, click in "START GAME" and get this error and game crash

This has been happening to me too, but in random dialogue scenes. Also, I've been running it as full-screen and when I tried using ctrl+alt+del, everything but the audio freezes. Gunna run it as windowed for now on.
Edit:: I have it on my second drive in os 7 and it still did it in windowed mode. I have and asus hd7750. I don't remember the system requirements, but I'm pretty sure I've met them.. If this is a bug resulting from the installation on a subdrive, I hope it gets fixed on next patch...

For those who got this error, please send us the "Dump File" with your error details and the pc spec.

>Start TaskMgr.exe, Processes tab, select the bombed program while it is still displaying the crash dialog. Right-click it and Create Dump File.

Also you can try re-installing the client or updating your graphic driver.
