ok... youll flame and discuss. mostly because your not on my level. go ahead. ill ignore it.

I finished the game, i agree with you the 2x exp right now is just fine.

But if you think everyone can be like you, giving up social life, education and work to play 7 years in a game just to boast about your level, you are a joke.

We're already grinding at the low level stages. Max level is what 105? When does the grind start in the JP version? Think about that and how many hell mode runs you're doing right now.

Mmnn... In Japan I'd say the grind roughly starts at 40-50ish for easy grinding but would hit moderate to serious grinding starting around 70-85+
It's not like it's an unreasonably short time to cap but not exactly the most satisfying either. It's a decent pace for casuals but falls short for those trying to cavalry through the game and hit the cap with nothing to do but rechallenge whatever really challenging dungeon they can find/grinding for the best equipment.
If you put your soul and passion into the Japanese version just plowing through, I'd guess it wouldn't take longer than a month or two to cap, but that's just an estimate since I personally haven't done it and there are also exp boosts (from cash shop) and the daily login bonus that can be taken into account.

@ Seeker

What do you consider to be easy or moderate grinding? Could you use current EN server as a rough example?
Selling all of my gear for ~40% of its market value!
~4 lv. 108 to 115 weapons remaining
Some skill card 7's, ougi, orna'd maga and other stuff too!

What I consider to be moderate grinding is being able to do a couple dungeons/quests a day for a good chunk of your exp bar (feels like your making decent progress even if you should have a limited amount of time of maybe 1-2 hours to play per day)

As an example I'll say that for easy/moderate grinding I can do a couple dungeon runs/quest/w.e in 1-2 hours and reasonably get 1/5-1/3 my exp bar in the jp version at lvls 35-55. Nothing that can't be done within a limited timespace and perhaps while getting distracted by other things such as anime, chatting, etc.
Of course, doing it seriously could net me at least a lvl within the same time period if I concentrate my attention.

In our current cbt en I'd consider easy/moderate grinding lvl 15-25 where if you run high density exp/time efficient dungeons for an hour or so you should expect to get a lvl or two especially if you do it during login bonus.

The JP easy/moderate more accommodates for casuals/distractions whereas the en you have to focus more and only having brief loading screen moments to check on other stuff to accomplish the same results.

But that's a rough breakdown on what I personally would consider the areas of easy/moderate grinding.

I...I dont even know where to begin here XD
OK ok i got this. -pulls up pants-

Alright now for lylah...LOL your a moronic person at best. And thats me being nice. YOU LOVE GRINDING! THATS YOUR SHIT. Go do that. have fun. It'll be worth you're time in the long run. If you havent noticed that im being a major ass on purpose your more of a dipshit then a moron.
You want to know the harsh reality of the MMO's now a days. The fact that everyone wants the game to cater to them. Or make it easier for them. For those people I say please go fuck yourselfs and die. I would appreciate it.
Then we have people like lylah, the hardcore (and dont you fuckin say your not). You think this grind is fuckin ok?
HAVE YOU PLAYED THE JP OPEN BETA! THERES 100 FUCKIN LEVELS!!
1-fucking-hundred. Oh and guess how much exp it takes to lvl up from 38-39 come on...guess....a lil under 200K
SOOOOOO lets take the 4-8K exp you get from the dungeons. PLUS the 3K you get from quests.
Now some dungeons are shorter then others so lets do some basic math. 5 minute dungeon. about 7K exp....200k divided by K is...welll a fuck ton of time and effort most people dont have.
So for all you hardcore people out there. shut up. You be a no life. Keep on having no job (or maybe you do who cares) and grind you're fuckin life away.
And last but not least, the casual (me) I played the JP Open beta got to 40 and started playing this version. Now i have no problem with grinding for a weapon, thats alright to me. But when im level 7 and i play for about 40 minutes doing quests dungeons and things of the sort for 1 FUCKIN LEVEL, then we have an issue. Not with the game nooo no no no. Cant blame tech for being designed that way. Blame the devs people thats what your supposed to do --__--
I've read everything in this post and confirmed that Lylah is a moron. Most of the people who are arguing with her are kinda stupid. The people who arent arguing are fucking geniuses and that this post is essentially pointless.
So devs hey, listen up. Gonna give some good advice here. USE THE GOD DAMN EXP TABLES FROM THE JAPAN SERVER! CAUSE AS SOON AS THESE LIL SHITS HIT lvl 40 THEY WILL NOTICE THE GRIND! Lvll from 40+ is not fuckin easy especially when you need to upgrade current weapons. The money it costs is fucking tremendous...which is good. Gives you more incentive to keep on playing. But seriously devs, i love the game, I love you guys for giving it to us in english. ITS DAMN FUN!!! but for the love of all thats holy in this world DONT FUCK THIS UP! Please dont make people post stupid shit like this again. "grinding is fine" maaan you better suck this dick if you think thats fine...that or kill yourself. either or really.
