%200 exp item not showing ?

So i bought 3x %200 exp item and 3x gold drop item, i popped one of each but my char doesnt show %200 exp item buff ?? is this a bug or ?

I noticed %50 of the time i use potions it takes one away but doesnt register.... if that is what happened to me EXP buff... thats kinda expensive... and admin can clarify on this ?

It doesn't take one away, it just puts it on cooldown, usually when you're running around and trying to use one. It's like you've never played this game before.

.............no lol for instance, when i was in the dungeon earlier i would use a HP item, it would go on CD and consume and item but NOT restore my HP, in this case what im saying is my character has the platinum buff, the extra gold drop buff but the %200 buff isnt showing up even though ive used the item
