Any plans to allow rebinding of hotkeys?

The game looks very interesting and fun. However it's pretty much inaccessible cause I can't rebind my keys to fit my style and physical preference. I tried to use AutoHotKeys but it doesn't seem to have any effect in game, even the key rebinding function for my Logitech G300 seems to have no effect in game.
