Have you tried exiting out and restarting the launcher? If that doesn't work, then it is definitely your log in.

Not entirely sure what's being described here, but it seems you might have a problem similar to one I'm dealing with.

yep same problem.....stuck in logging in....did participate in CBT and got to kyoto but......i think they didnt wipe my stats......
