at CBT, many people confused about Putrid Gastric Juice, thats drop from Child Mukade (blue pouch) , you can find Child Mukade at Sakurajima Cave -> Sakurajima Depth, Yamataikoku -> Chinji Cavern, Oosumi Plains South -> Iwanaga Cavern, Oosumi Plains West -> Three Deity Cave, and many more
Find me as : Kisara Tendo, Nero or Ryo

Part of the reason why they might be confused is that the RNG on the drop is VERY random... In the CBT I went most of the way through Kyoto without finding even 1 of it. AND I replayed many instances just to try to find it. In the Full release I got it in my first instance in which I encountered them. I don't think they boosted the drop rate for it, it is just that I was very unlucky, and probably some other people as well.
