Weapon Repair?

Hello, newbie here. Im a bit lost on where to find the NPC to repair weapons.. as they are extremely low on durability...

You need to progress through the main storyline until you get the purple hair girl, who can repair and smelt weapons for your. After that, you will get the green hair guy who will allow you to buy/sell items, follow by a drunkster who will provide you with sake to gain hp/stat buff during combat, and etc.
