Can't find the Butterfly Hairpiece (Resolved)

It looks like my post didn't go through earlier, but I also got all of my CBT items except for the hairpiece.

That's a good plan, I'll do that. For anyone struggling to find a good way of wording the inquiry, after pointing our you did not receive the hairpiece I'd recommend linking to the page where they stated the Butterfly Hairpiece was part of the participation bonus, stating explicitly that the other items where received, and thanking them for their time and patience.

It's a pain that this has happened but we may as well try to be nice about it until we hear back.

I sent in a ticket and got my hairpiece.

Make sure to put what level you were in CBT because I didn't and had to reply that information to them. I also stated how far I had gotten in case that helps.

I sent a ticket/feedback. And it looks like they noticed even without my ticket/feedback (probably due to others), because not even an hour after they posted news on the front page saying they fixed the distribution.

Got it! Have to say this little thing surpassed my expectations, compared to most other headwear the design is simple but has intricate detail. It has some nice physics too which for some reason I was not expecting. Very happy
