So i got a gold ball and it gave me red tier rewards is that normal ?

Every other spin the prize corresponded with the color of the ball that shot out so when i finally got a gold one i was supe rexcited.... for it to spit out the red tier prize seems broken and i cant get in touch with them at all.... SMH.
