Yoshitsune might be bugged

I'm not sure if it has happened to anyone, but Yoshitsune doesn't seem to give me the option to Smelt my weapons. I don't know what to do. My friend was able to upgrade his weapon to +20, so I'm wondering how to unlock Smelting. I would really like to able to make my weapon stronger. (>.<)

Just to let you know, I'm level 14 and I have made it to Yamataikoku. Yoshitsune is also at rank 5 for friendship ranks.

Once you upgrade your weapon to +10 it "should" add the smelting option...but you probably already know this which makes my post useless and stupid.

Well, I upgraded my sword to +10, but no smelting option still... (T-T)
