No, the mind requirement is definitely still present.

The attack requirement is more for things like the scaling of heals and invigorate. Especially the latter - which jumps up by one after X attack is reached. (X is currently unknown, and we have not purposely tested it yet. Once we find the time to do this, we will upload the information on the wiki.

how a "dedicated"healer testing it out the one around lvl 6x perhaps?
maybe like use a rank IV heal with 2 diff lvl AND rarity weapon AND various condition (skill affinity, skill force)
and magatama DOES matter when you talk about ANY weapon

Stop with the d%%m "magatama",
WHERE ON THE MAGATAMA DOES IT SAY: "THIS MAGATAMA ONLY GIVES STATS/BONUS TO ITEM LEVEL ABOVE LVL 40+?"

And while we are at it, you didn't say anything about food, title, skill rank, skill level, buff, sake and etc.

Again, more evidence that you're an idiot.

Magatama that is considered to be "good" often includes skill force Magatama. This implies that there is a % multiplier applied on top of your base attack stat, which is, once again, influenced by your base damage. This base damage number is based off of your weapon's attack stat.

If you still feel that I'm wrong, go enchant a level 40+ weapon to +50 and compare it to a +20 (so that it has the skill force) level 1 weapon.

If you don't see a difference, get glasses.

@ Naku

It also influences your affinity (aka + to your attack stat).

... You haven't seen much Matagama have you?

Weapon Affinity has no effect on weapon I believe but Weapon Skill matagama does unless you are using Rank VI stuff on your lv 1 staff.

Well if you are then you get the bonus for Weapon Skill matagama and have put a great deal of effort to get a level 1 staff with high rank skills, but you could just like find a weapon with high rank skills on a higher level staff and smelt it to get even higher ranks. Plus weapon attack does effect heals so you're gimping yourself on that.

LEVEL RESTRICTION......
YOU NEED A CERTAIN LEVEL TO INCREASE YOUR MIND STAT SO THAT YOU COULD USE A CERTAIN HEALING/BUFFING SKILL >_>

Yes its MND.
It's to stop players to exploit the buffs/mp regen when they are uneffected off your affinity, skill force, MND stats.
Buff/MP can only be increased with ability rank.

Ummm no. My Invigorate II has been maxed level for ages now. And now it heals 17 MP a sec instead of 16.

Nothing has changed with rank or skill level but there is a 1 MP increase.

I have not figured out what is making this 1 MP extra difference but it's something other than what you've listed.

Why are you trying to DPS as a HEALER?

If you want to heal 3000 HP with Cure, 300 HP with Healing, 200 HP with Sanctuary so do you stack up Staff Affinity and once agian with my lvl 10 staff.. thank you.
