- Opinions & Suggestions:
About PVP:
If this game is a pure PVE game, then so be it... but you need to emphasize this when advertizing this game.
If you plan to add this feature I honestly ask you to put it in low priority, there are too many other things to deal with first, like:
Everything that is ruining whatever was released already.
That's the usual and right way to see things, make it sure that whatever you have is working fine, then, after that, you work on creating new stuff.

Economy:
I don't care anymore, do whatever.

Pets & Mounts:
New needless content, leave it for later. These are more cosmetic than anything, the game as it is now doesn't need any of the features these could provide. I'd rather suggest refining partners as they are now (in the pet part) and letting us run faster and jump farther (in the mount part) only outside dungeons, these super moving abilities are recurring in anime so I think it would be fine.

XP Rates:
Increase it.
I stopped playing this game, just to make this clear, because I got tired of grinding in Byakko for days.
This isn't my thing.
Well, you can always say that I'm not the public you want, just like you can say to anyone that wants PVP or wont pay a dime to you guys. I'm saying this because this is the thing that affects me for real.
I'm tired of grinding, and I moved on to Aura Kingdom, I'm quite happier there.

And to end, final and most relevant suggestion of my post:
Stop saying that this game left Beta, it's unfinished.

I'll throw another nod towards doing something about the economy. Basing the economy on real money is silly and won't work. It makes effort in the game less meaningful. Blizzard tried this with Diablo III and failed. They had a much better chance at making that kind of system work and eventually removed it entirely in the past year. The real money auction house was universally panned.

It drove many players away from the game and it even had other trading avenues for players. By forcing everyone to trade with real money, you are keeping a lot of people from ever entering the economy. Your hope is that players will inject enough currency to make the economy function, but that does not seem realistic, especially if each trade is taxed. To keep the game in this state seems like a shameless cash grab.

I understand the need to support developers, but this cripples the game in the long term. There a lot of cases where players leave when they realize the developers care more about making money from the game then providing an entertaining experience. Keen and Graev wrote about this on their blog with a few F2P MMOs. Despite a mostly enjoyable experience in a particular MMO, cash shop features caused them to quit.

A much better way forward is to adopt the revenue model of successful F2P games such as League of Legends. Focus on cosmetic enhancements and experience boosters. These are much more likely to engender the support of the community than crippling one of the most important parts of an MMO.

I really like this post, it says in an unsugarcoated and direct way, exactly what's wrong with this game. Also I'm on the fence about pets/mounts. I really feel like a lot of suggestions are basically "make this game WoW". I admit WoW is very good, and basically the golden industry standard for MMOs, but it's not perfect either. It has it's own host of problems. Hell I even used to play WoW, it was great, probably going to go back in the next month or so, unless I start seeing the changes that need to occur here.

This says so perfectly what I want to say about the games economy. A real money economy just doesn't work, Blizz tried it with D3 and it fell on its face. Blizz is a lot bigger, and does their games a lot better. Which pretty much means, your idea is doomed to failure. It's a shameless cash grab on the game companies behalf. If you want to make money, make good looking costume sets, and sell game improving items. You'll always have a supply of cashers willing to pay big bucks to level up faster than anyone else willing to grind it out. Plus just about every girl I've ever met who has played an MMO has cared more about how her character looks, than about how she's playing, or how quickly she's gaining EXP.

The bottom line is this, If things don't change a lot more people are going to quit. It's been less than a month, and a large number of people who experimentally tried this out have left because shock The game is brutal! On everyone! Shitty EXP rates, no trading, screwing over healers, screwing over anyone who is legitimately trying to level but doesnt do as much dps as the best dps in the group, killstealers(who are rewarded for it by the game mechanics)The list goes on and on.

Plenty of threads on how this game wont be recommended to anyone because its deeply lacking in features that should have been there since official release!

Worst part is, I started reading this thread a while back and saw that at least there was periodic GM response, so at least feedback was being noted, and commented back on. Now however it seems there is no feedback at all. Meaning (at least partially to me) that the GMs (or perhaps the company itself) no longer cares what we want. They're making their money, so it's all good. Unless we make a huge uproar over something (Like when they took out moon king) I doubt much will be changed in a timely manner.

As much as it pains me, I will have to agree with Prov. The game is lacking a lot, and should have been there before the official release, however this thread I believe was made to see the thoughts of the players to make the game better. Issue is, I check the forums daily and never once seen a GM read or look over the thread. I won't say anything bad out of respect, for I believe and hope that they're too busy currently working on the update that's soon to be released. That being said, if it's true that they're working hard on the update, there better not be a single bug issue after the release. Some dungeons have enemies falling from the sky above, I hope they fix that soon as well. I read every single post on this thread, it wasn't that hard, took only a few minutes so I wonder why they haven't replied to anyone. I was hoping and had great expectations for this game, please do not crush those expectations, this game has a lot of potential, that being said use it to the fullest. Thank You.

I believe someone mentioned pets were a bad idea and to enable Item pickup for our partners, that's a great idea. Have our partners pick up items for us, though our partners are somewhat bugged enough as it is. They attack a wall, the air itself, my partners even tried to kill me. Was a funny moment, but anyways, they need to fix more than a dozen bugs before adding anything.
Also they agreed mounts were a bad idea as well, I wasn't supportive of the mount idea but someone suggested it on another thread so I brought it over here.

Issues found:
- Enemies falling from the sky
- Run delay
- Dodge Delay
- Partners combat(Attacking absolutely nothing) also increase the damage please.
- Dungeon Crashes
- Random Deaths(Dying from nothing)
These are just the main issues.

I noticed the game is getting slower and slower when loading, not sure why but even with a team of 2 the lag is awful, I have perfect internet yet i'm experiencing this. If there is a way to decrease the lag in the system, please do it or, allow us to change the option settings for High or Low quality. That is all, Thank you for your time.

Okay since i like to work point form and like to cover every things i will list two things

Category A : A for Annoying
1. Party Box being over my head if i start the party... I do not want to run around with the party box over my head on my screen, if other players see it that is okay but when i make it on my side can they not have it go in the top left corner or something

2. Event Death ... Nothing worse then entering an event then being killed and eaten alive by several monsters while event is taking place... example
Tiamat for the first time with some friends... enter we all in a movie while one of us got out in time to run around the dragon killed us so when movie ended we started the battle dead

3. I know trade will kill the grind but could you make monsters give out more experience please, leveling is so slow that following the story you end up 10 levels below what you need for the normal level in most areas. Underleveled fights are fun, but not when they take 30 minutes on a boss fight

4. Partner just stares while monster is biting my arm off, make the ai a bit better or give them like an option like Passive,Aggressive or Defensive... Okay maybe not passive that one is stupid...
Aggressive : Attack Everything in Range
Defensive : Attack whatever is attacking me
Focus : Attack what i attack

Sadly thanks to aoe and stuff this might be hard but that is why this is only in the annoying section

5. Chat box options, we have none we just get a preset all, general, party and whisper... If i take all or general my screen is flooded with all my loot experience things people say and other stuff. You might miss out on someone saying something important. Having a whisper and party chat window is nice and all but at least let us take the system info like loot experience and other stuff out of our chat window please

Category B : B for Bad
1. No guilds, no clans etc... even if you make it small just so long as we have these and maybe a separate screen for it. I think someone mentioned this already though

2. A section where you can view the controls when you want to inside the game or even change the controls, it is nice to have some optimisation.

3. Running Speed Boosts when travelling around, we travel forever running up and down it would be nice to be faster at it rather than getting a weapon with lungestep 1 2 and 3 then spamming them after each other

4. Trade of some kind besides making stalls, no auction house please. I know you do not want gold farmers but there will always be gold farmers, they find ways around everything

5. More clothing, please i want some new outfits tired of running around in same clothes since forever and not enough different clothing to choose from

I will stop there for now will give more feedback after a week when the update has gone through

I read through the thread and so far I haven’t seen this idea mentioned, and I understand if this just isn’t doable for whatever reason but, I noticed that at the mercer you can change everything about your character just like in character creation except for your body type. To be honest, I selected a body type that I don’t really like as much as I thought I would and I’m sure I’m not the only one. I know the simple solution would be to start a new character, but I’m not really in a position to do something like that because I did sink a pretty good amount of money into the character via outfits from the gacha so, yeah… You can change anything else on your character so, unless making this happen does something seriously game breaking then I don’t see a reason not to do this. If it’s lag, maybe have a limited amount of times someone can do it within a certain time period. and maybe a limit on how many people can do it at a time based on first come, first serve.

Aside from that, just fix the glitches. Most of the ones I saw were mentioned here. Add a gift/trade system and for the love of god get rid of the tax at stalls. I don’t mind having a way for people to earn coins by selling their stuff but for the love of god the tax just makes it harder for everyone involved. Your in game currency is overpriced already and having part of it disappear for no reason is just going to turn people away from the game. People that might pay money as long as they don’t see stuff like that going on. It makes you look like scummy money grubbers who just care about profit instead of a good gaming experience. I’m staying for now because this game is new and that aside it’s pretty fun. I appreciate your work so far and I hope that even though the responses have stopped you’re still listening to us.
I really hope I can expect and even more fun experience in the future.

I know aesthetics are not the main concern of most players at the moment, but I thought I would compile a short list of things I have seen others requesting that are spread out across the forums, as well as some of my own ideas.

Character Creation Options:

-Add some of the NPC hair styles to more variety. Like the pony tail depicted on the commander uniform gacha. Some of the long female hairstyles that look unisex would also be welcome for males, in my opinion (I know we have a few already, but there are some cuts there that are more "natural" looking than the one we have access to) I'm sure some people playing male characters would like shorter hair styles for them as well.

-There has been demand for the ability to vary skin tone. A skin tone color slider with a few fixed "natural" skin tone presets would be a welcome addition for those that want more variety in their Oni. It has been mentioned that in traditional mythology Oni can have blue and red skin tones as well, so a color slider would allow people to choose their own "unnatural" options.

-A face with cat eyes that does not have facial markings on the cheeks. (You can keep the makeup around the eyes though ^.~ )

-Option to add addiotional facial markings/makeup for both males and females, with a color slider to customize color. Anything from scars to eyeshadow. For both genders.

-Some older looking character features. While I don't personally think the two adult models in the game look like children, there are some who seem to want older looking features, so I thought I'd throw their request here so that it has a chance to be seen.

-Pointed ears of various sizes? Maybe. This would probably be linked to the head choices so it may be more difficult to achieve and/or create too much excess where you have the same head, just with elf-like ears instead. My reason for this request is mostly because certain anime depict humanoid yokai and oni with small pointed ears.

Clothing Requests:

Most of these have already been requested in one way or another, but I'll reiterate:

-Angel wings for males. Preferably separate from a costume, so that they can be worn with any costume you choose.

-Fox ears & tail for males. Again, separate from a costume so that they can be worn with other clothing. This applies to any other ears/tails as well.

-Make some NPC clothing available, possibly in the mirror shop. I know I personally would like to have several of the hakamas I have seen on the various NPC's I've encountered. (I don't know if this is possible already. Forgive me if it is.)

-Some default underwear that doesn't include a t-shirt, so male characters can go around shirtless without needing to rely on gachapon luck to do so. Available in the mirror shop for purchase. Please.

Storyline Options:
It's probably impossible to code, but I personally think we should have the choice to have an alternate path in the storyline XD; The idea here seems to be heading towards your male character becoming the love interest of the shogunates daughter, and while that might be good for the games story, it would be nice to have the option to lean towards a male x male relationship (female x female too, if people are into that), with the addition of letting you choose which character takes an interest in you, or no relationship at ALL and just stay friends with all the characters. I'm assuming this is the course the story will take, forgive me if it's not.

On the Subject of "Pets":
Customized partners you can purchase and build through a character creation system. Mabinogi did this with maid/butler cards, while it would have to be different here, I don't see why it couldn't be done. Features could include:

-Ability to choose hair/eyes/features to make them your own. Have all features in character creation available (color sliders, body types, ext)

-Ability to name them that is not linked to the server, so you can name them anything you want. Admittedly this will be a little awkward if someone has a partner named the same as your character >.o

-Ability to choose fighting style based on AI's already existent in available partners, that way you have a full range of choices.

-Choice of weapon styles they carry.

-Choice of clothing they wear, with color sliders for customization.

I have more. I'll edit these things in when I have more time x.x; I play on a male avatar so I have a lot of requests for male characters, sorry.

I noticed on a new character I made that the ninja outfits have a few issues on the glamorous female body.
First, the headband has some collision issues with the hair, second it looks a bit strange around the bust area. Maybe that’s just me but it doesn’t really look right. I’m not sure how to describe it other than the band like part at the bottom of the shirt looks like it should tuck under the breasts but is actually going over them and creating a really weird shape. Maybe that’s just me though.

Curious about any updates on customizing the keybinds. And maybe more monitor sizes.

The current keybinds are decent, but I never liked using my Function keys for skills/items in games. They are just too far out of reach when you might really need them. So being able to rebind those would be awesome if able, when that gets a chance to be added.

Other then that. Loving the game, and story so far. and the voice acting is awesome too. Just wish there was more of it. ^-^; wish all the npcs had there own voice, in japanese of course, its a very beautiful to listen to.

Don't have anything overly zealous as most of the things on here. But I think it would be nice to add these two options to the combat system.

1. Double Jump
2. Attack Mid-air

Kind of annoying not being able to do that having prior PC gaming experience.
