No need to ticket this; he said we'd get more forum moderation soon.

I think you missed my point. CS is unlikely to give out more OC when they already have the 4c per day login event. Completely ignoring how they are giving out free "money", if they introduced more OC into the market through events where the player does not spend actual currency to obtain, it's going to cause devaluation of goods and hyperinflation regarding the worth of OC. For reference, go look up the hyperinflation in Germany after they tried to pay costs by printing more money and introducing it into their economy. Going back to the "free money" thing, if there are more methods for players to obtain cash shop goods, they will be less likely to purchase the goods that Cyberstep is selling (In this case, OC).

Even if it is "unspendable", everything with the exception of magatama and weapons can be obtained from either Nyankoropon or straight up purchased from the shop. Even if it was "10 hours" of dungeon time, you could very easily fool the system into thinking you aren't afk and just sit in a dungeon everyday for 10 hours and essentially get $16 USD worth of in game currency. Now imagine this multiplied by however many players are active enough to hit 10 hours a day or who have access to (there are hundreds of free programs) a macro that can run a dungeon for them. It's pretty obvious that there is little to no gain for them to give you OC for doing nothing.

The 4c per day login event is already more than generous enough since you are able to obtain a full 5 roll for doing literally nothing but clicking "login" then clickng the character you want to play. 2 clicks a day for 4 OC. 80 clicks for a full 5 roll.

I'm no economics major and I've only taken 3 college levels courses regarding econ, but I'm pretty sure you don't need to be educated to understand that expecting free money is crazy.

Once again, it's way more reasonable to make it a prize for... for example, first place dungeon master or the top 3 dungeon masters (If they ever bring this back) and make it a relatively small amount such as 160c for placing in the top 3 with first place earning no extra bonus oc for placing first. 3 players a month who have to spend thousands of runs each won't even be visible in their income as opposed to the entire server every day and/or week for sitting afk in a dungeon which I'm pretty sure I need say no more.

@ Ryxa / @ Zay

If I can add into this conversation, I'd like to say I absolutely love this free log in OC during select events, it's great the way it is. It seems fair to me that CS allows players to collect more than enough OC to get 5 free spins just by logging in. It might be a bit besides the point to say that I have a total of 30 characters at this time and collect 122 OC each day. Of course it doesn't go to my main chars, but I'll still get 150 free rolls by the end of the event for chars I'll use sooner or later, and it's still fun to spin all those times..
Aside from the OC, I wouldn't be against having a little more rewarding log in boost system for long term or daily players.
My suggestion: log in boost up to 50% over the course of 5 consecutive log ins or, log in boost up to 100% over the course of 10 (or 20) consecutive log ins with penalty reset for missing a day.
To me the 30% just seems like such a manini odd number which isn't very enticing in my opinion.

As far as my own suggestions (which I've already brought up to GMs and the help desk), I'd just like to see more of what's available in JP.
Web Gacha is a big one. For players who don't know what the web gacha is, for every OC a player purchases, they'll receive one web point to use towards the web gacha (200 OC = 200 WP). It's not really like the gacha in-game, but a player can redeem a certain number of web points for a random item in a list pertaining to the points being redeemed. Basically you get free stuff. This has been available in JP for, I want to say, like 9 months or so, and I really don't see any reason why it can't be implemented for the EN server.
Daily Gacha. There isn't really a "magatama gacha" but in the Daily Gacha, the silver tier has been replaced with magatamas. In fact, all the tiers except the blue tier have been replaced/changed with desirable items in the daily gacha. It's been a few months so I'm still hoping this will be implemented sooner or later..
Hair styles. There's some NPC's around with hairstyles not available to players (mostly female hairstyles). I'd imagine if a NPC's avatar could be built with certain hair style, it could also be equipped on a players avatar.

And for my main idea. Character/avatar reset. I got this idea from the name reset item, and could also be a consumable item that would have to be purchased in the cash shop and would allow a player to go back to the character creation screen and reconstruct their avatar without starting from the beginning. This could be aimed towards players who chose a body size that they don't like anymore. I've heard from some players who've chosen larger body size characters, that they feel outfits looks disproportional and wish they had chosen a smaller body size character.
This could also act as a "sex change" item, allowing players to choose a different gender for whatever reason.
I don't know what kind of programming it would take to allow this, but I feel even more strongly about this since in JP, players can switch between playing as their character and Miyamoto Musashi, meaning resetting one avatar shouldn't be a big issue.
Also noting that undergarments are gender and body size specific, and clothing is gender specific. If an item like this is created, it's to the players understanding they would no longer be able to equip their undergarments and/or clothes.
In my mind, it's a win-win. Players would be able to get something they may want, and CS would get a little bit of profit.

And this could also tie into the buying and selling of clothing in the bazaars. As I mentioned, clothing is based off body size and gender, using a avatar reset item would render some or all clothing useless, and players would want to sell off their old clothing and buy new stuff, and most likely would turn a profit for CS as well. (I would say clothing sales should be limited to clothing not currently available in the gacha to avoid infringing on profits generated by the gacha.)

An avatar reset item and allowing clothing sales could work hand in hand for both players and CS.

On a side note, one reason I believe clothing sales were revoked is because there's a difference between JP and EN gacha rates. I don't have any solid evidence but with about 1,000 spins between JP and EN, I've seen a very noticeable difference. Again, no solid evidence, but IMO, with the EN gacha not being as lucrative as the JP, I'm thinking CS might have done so to force players to only buy clothing from the gacha, which in turn will take OC out of the economy and force players to purchase more from CS.
Idk if this even makes sence, I've been typing this for like 30 minutes trying to figure it out myself.. my brain is a bit fried at this point...

@ryxa, Thank you for responding with good arguments in it, but this is still not my point u keep going about the oc. My point is that u get awarded through playing like those boost or like taakun said. Or something else like a junk ougi or something or some free P ( points at the gacha ) just some examples that could be the award. Alltough i should have made that more clear in my post, I though maybe people would understand it but I will make it more clear now.

Once again thank you for responding with such a wide answer

@Taakun

I'd like to see the Web Gacha implemented most out of all the things you've mentioned. Seems kinda ridiculous that JP players are getting more values per OC than the EN players when it's not even a different publisher/company running the two versions. (Correct me if I'm wrong, but our version is run by the EN branch of the JP company, not some company that is also named Cyberstep inc., right?)

The 30% login bonus is essentially getting the "premium" bonus for 1 hour for free. (At least that's how I view the login boost.) To be honest, I don't really like the idea of consecutive daily logins granting a reward as it eventually begins to feel like a chore, but it seems to be a convention in nearly all MMOs.

Hair Styles and Avatar Change item: Yep. All for it. As for the daily gacha, I have no clue what that is. All I know is that JP's gacha system has had a few things added to it that we in EN don't have yet.

As for the thing about allowing clothing sale in bazaars impeding on the OC spent rolling for said costumes in the first place, you have to remember that they can set a minimum price for every item and that there is a 30% tax. Every time someone buys avatar clothing, OC is being sunk out of the market. There are also some players who don't charge since they don't like to "gamble". If my compilation of roll data from a few months back is close to correct, the rate at which you get the gold (clothing) prizes is about or a bit less than 10%. 320 OC for 10 rolls should, in theory, get you ONE set of clothing. If each piece of avatar clothing (4 pieces total) had min price of... 100 each? It'd be more than enough to cover for any potential losses in gacha purchases as not only would a player first have to charge or obtain 400 OC from somewhere, a portion of that OC is also removed from the economy afterwards.

Also not sure if this makes sense since I've been up all night.

@zay.

Apologies, I misunderstood what you wrote since I read that as "an oc reward" and not "a reward that could be oc". Regardless, there is still the fact that giving daily rewards for login time/dungeon time can be easily falsified. I believe what you are looking for would be "daily quests", and not "daily time".

@ Daily rewards argument
We have this already, though its temporary. In case you can't figure it out, its called cherry blossoms.

I honestly don't think they would make something like that permanent, unless they were to give out shittier rewards. If they were to give out shittier rewards, I doubt you would do it. If you think otherwise, feel free to let me know and we can discuss it in a bit more detail. It'd be pretty hard to find a balance where players are not receiving too much or too little for free; the most fair thing I could think of is 3 lucky boxes per turn in, but even then, people are probably going to disagree because everyone values their time (and lucky boxes) differently.

@ The rest

I pretty much agree with most of it. It'd be nice to get more of the features that the jp server already has; it makes fairly little sense as to why they should avoid giving us similar benefits. It'd be pretty easy to have them implemented too, I'd assume.

I'm highly in favor of the avatar changing item - but I think that we should save it for the next wave of tickets along with some of the other stuff mentioned, such as giving regular partners more combat functionally. I've said this before, but I don't want to get too greedy with the first wave of posts, if we give them too much stuff at once, I think they might just get a bit overwhelmed by the sheer mass of it all. I'm not sure the developers will really know where to start if every single ticket is requesting like 10 things, especially things that require additional programming and testing. Hence, I'm hoping that the first wave of tickets mainly consists of ideas that not only are not very work intensive, but also have a high chance of implementation. Once we start seeing changes, I think that it'll be fine to start sending in another wave of tickets. That said, please don't refrain from including these in your own individual tickets. I'm planning to make additional threads and/or update this thread in the future to list the current stuff that the community believes is of high importance.

Feel free to argue against me if you believe otherwise, as I'm all ears.

I think I gave up on a few other suggestions, but I might as well add them here:
-Fuuri Magatam->Fuuri Magatama (I've sent a ticket about this before... too ambitious maybe)
-Sp recovery removed as an inherent atribute from dark bone swords and demon lords mallet (as well as anything else it may be on while having no effect, it's misleading)
-Magatama drop rates (700+ daruma kills with login boost and steal attack for a chance at 1/2 magatama if I'm lucky when I can just buy Miroku's bargains for my 40th Kirin Magatama. My suggestion would be to give dungeon bosses magatama drop rates comparable to field bosses)
I think that's all I have for now... I haven't checked if M.cast speed has been fixed yet.
